Product Returns & Refunds

Products sold online at are eligible for a return of the product price so long as the return is requested within 45 days of original purchase date. The product(s) purchased that are intended for return must:

  • be in original packaging

  • have original receipt

  • have less than 15% of the total product used

We do not offer returns or refunds on products that are designated as non-returnable or non-refundable. Products that cannot be returned or refunded include: Chewables, Oils and Tinctures, Vapes.

Refunds are to be processed 5-7 business days after product has been returned. The payment method used in the original purchase will be the method used to refund the purchase.

A processing fee will be included in the event of a full or partial refund.

Shipping Returns

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items. If the customer received the wrong item, then Carolina Cannabis Creations, L.L.C. will assume shipping and handling fees related to the exchange of the incorrect items. 


Returns that total $500 or more are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

We are currently shipping in the United States. Unfortunately, Wix does not support the sale of CBD products to the following states:

  • Hawaii

  • Idaho

  • Iowa

  • Mississippi

  • New Hampshire

  • South Dakota

Incorrect Items or Missing Orders

If you purchased from and have an incorrect or missing item from your order, or you have not received your order, please contact our team at (910) 636-3135 or email us at within 3 days of receiving your order. 

If you have received the wrong item, please photograph the product and send us an email with the picture attached. Carolina Cannabis Creations will cover shipping and handling costs associated with the shipment of an incorrect item. Once we have received the incorrect item, the correct shipment will be sent out and the customer should receive the order within 2-5 business days.

If you are missing an item from your order, please notify our team within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Carolina Cannabis Creations will cover shipping and handling costs associated with the shipment of missing items. The missing item(s) should arrive within 2-5 business days of confirmation.

If you have not received your order and the shipping information says delivered, contact us within 3 days of the "delivered" date so we are notified of the missing package as soon as possible. If you do not contact us within 3 days, we cannot verify the lost package claim.
