Shipping Restrictions
Due to payment processor requirements and current CBD shipping policies, we are unable to ship CBD products to the following states:

Colorado

Wyoming
Orders with a shipping address in one of these states cannot be processed and will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Carriers
We typically ship orders using one of the following carriers:

United Parcel Service (UPS)
The carrier selected for your shipment is determined based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on several factors, including:

Selected shipping service (typically USPS First-Class Mail or comparable service)
Applicable shipping costs will be displayed before your order is finalized.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed according to the following schedule:

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3:00 PM (Eastern Time): Processed the following business day.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday: Processed on the following Monday.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
While we strive to process every order as quickly as possible, processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within approximately 24 hours. This email will include your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please allow the carrier time to update tracking information after your package has been accepted into their network.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, carrier operations, and other factors outside of our control.
